I am unable to check in online for my Edelweiss flight. Why is that?
Online check-in is available no earlier than 23 hours before departure. Unfortunately, our online check-in is not available yet for all of our destinations. To find out if online check-in is possible from your departure airport, click on the link below:
I wish to change or cancel my flight. What do I need to do?
If you booked your flight at flyedelweiss.com or via our Service Center, you may be entitled to alter your flight depending on the applicable fare conditions. Please contact our Service Center so that the conditions can be checked and, if applicable, changes made to your booked flight. Please have your six-digit reservation number ready for this. I wish to travel with more baggage. What do I need to do?
Irrespective of which booking agency you used, you can register your additional baggage or excess baggage up to four days before departure. Our baggage calculator will show you the baggage allowance included in your ticket and how much any additional or excess baggage would cost. You can register baggage in excess of your allowance easily and conveniently on the same web page.
I would like to travel with sports baggage. What do I need to do?
Irrespective of which booking agency you used, you can register your sports baggage up to four days before departure. Carriage of a small sports bag, category normal, is free of charge on some routes. Our baggage calculator will show you the prices which depend on route and booking class. You can register your sports baggage easily and conveniently on the same web page.
I wish to take my wheelchair with me. How do I register for this service?
We recommend that you discuss your travel plans with your physician well in advance and clarify all of the necessary preparations.
