Is Edelweiss a Star Alliance member?
Since November 2008, Edelweiss is an integrated member in the Lufthansa Group and an affiliate of Swiss International Air Lines. However, Edelweiss is not a Star Alliance member.
I have a SWISS or tour operator ticket. Can I still add a booking for an Economy Max seat reservation?
Provided you are in possession of a valid flight ticket in economy class, an Economy Max seat can be reserved on our website at "My Booking", irrespective of the booking agent.
I have SEN/HON/FTL status. Can I check in a second item of baggage on to my Edelweiss flights?
Yes. Your second item of baggage is also included on Edelweiss flights, free of charge as follows.
Frequent Traveller Card: 1 additional piece of 23kg when booked in Economy Class.
Senator Card / HON Circle Card / Star Alliance Gold Member Card: 1 extra piece with allowed weight according booked class
Is my SWISS Golf Traveller Card also valid on my Edelweiss flight?
