Please note that due to the current situation, the check-in and baggage drop-off counters have changed opening hours. In the event of flight cancellations at short notice or early departure times, the check-in opening hours published below may change. In any case, the counters always open at least 2 hours before departure. Please consider any waiting times.

If you have already checked in and have your boarding pass, please go directly to the baggage drop-off counter for your booked travel class.

Check-in the Day Before

You can check in your baggage at Zurich Airport as of 23 hours before departure at the baggage drop-off counter. If you are travelling to the USA or Kosovo, all corresponding passengers must be present at the counter with their valid travel documents.
