Lower rates on a second baggage item
On some routes, Economy Class gives you the added benefits of lower rates on a second item of baggage (23 kg, max. circumference 158 cm). It is mandatory to book your additional baggage online up to 4 days before departure. Alternatively, you can also pay the fee directly at the airport on the day of departure (cashless only), but then at the regular prices for additional baggage.
The lower rates only apply for the second baggage item. For any additionally checked bag the reduced rate is obsolete and the normal Edelweiss excess baggage rate applies.

Variations for codeshare and interline flights from / to the USA
