Edelweiss to Introduce Flights to Menorca and Agadir

Edelweiss, Switzerland’s leading leisure travel airline, is adding Agadir (Morocco) and Menorca (Balearic Islands) to its route network. Flights to these new holiday destinations will be available as of summer 2020. The airline is also increasing its flight services to several current destinations, including daily flights to the Canary Islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife in summer as well.

Menorca sits east of Mallorca and is the northernmost island of Spain’s Balearic archipelago. The location of this charming island results in a varied climate, providing ideal conditions for surfing in the north and beach holidaying in the south. As of 17th May 2020, Edelweiss will offer seasonal flights from Zurich to Mahón (Menorca), departing on Sundays.

Three hundred days of sunshine a year, a year-round mild and dry climate and beaches that stretch for miles make Agadir on Morocco’s southern Atlantic coast a prime beach holiday destination. Starting on 3rd September 2020, Edelweiss will operate a flight service from Zurich to Agadir, departing on Thursdays.

Flights to these new holiday destinations are available for booking now, at flyedelweiss.com and via the usual sales channels.
