Dine and relax - our menu from Zurich
If you want to relax as soon as possible, Edelweiss offers you a cold appetizer, main course and a dessert shortly after take-off. We offer different menus from and to Zurich. Below we would love to give you an idea about our culinary delights which we offer you on flights from Zurich (changes are possible at any time).
- Lettuce with egg
- Turkey slices, pea mousse, lemon honey vinaigrette, pan-fried king oyster mushrooms, roasted carrots
- Gazpacho cream, courgette and tomato salad, pesto vinaigrette
- Edelweiss salad dressing: French or Italia
- Corn-fed chicken, sherry cream sauce, polenta, baby broccoli
- Salmon trout, carrot-ginger sauce, fregola sarda saffron risotto, baby fennel
- Traditional Swiss Capuns dumplings rolled in chard leaves, creamy vegetable cheese sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms
- Reblochon and Schnebel Kuh cheese
- Yoghurt cream with apricot coulis and roasted apricot
