There are various circular hikes on offer from Sorebois, including to the Corne de Sorebois summit ‒ with fabulous views of the impressive 148-metre high Moiry Dam and the Moiry Glacier.
Walk to the Edelweiss bench
The Edelweiss bench is situated right next to the Sorebois restaurant, just two minutes from the Sorebois funicular station.
Stunning views are to be had from the Edelweiss bench, including of the Val d’Anniviers with its glaciers and mountains as high as 13,000 feet (4000 m), and of Mount Besso that towers majestically above the Zinal holiday resort.
