Getting There

The Madrisa valley station is in Klosters and can be reached in 90 minutes from Zurich and 75 minutes from St. Gallen. From there, the 4-seater gondola lift takes you up to the Madrisa.

From action and fun in Madrisa-Land, one of the largest playgrounds in the Swiss Alps, to enjoyable moments on our themed trails on the mountain, the Madrisa has a lot to offer. For those who don't want to go home, there are various unique overnight accommodation options for romantics or the whole family.  

Walk to the Edelweiss Bench

The Edelweiss-Bänkli stands in front of the steel-blue Öpfelsee and the beautiful Madrisa-Hof, an enchanting gastronomy and event location on the mountain. From the Madrisa mountain station, the Edelweiss-Bänkli can be reached within 10 minutes on an easy path. 

Best View

Anyone who takes a seat on the Edelweiss bench has a majestic view over the Prättigau, the surrounding mountain peaks and the impressive Silvretta glacier. 

Tip

Visit the Madrisa in winter too. From 200m magic carpet for the youngest winter sports enthusiasts to a manageable ski area with children's cross, race course and slopes from blue to black, everything can be found on the Madrisa. Sledding and winter hiking trails, snowshoe trails as well as the beautiful freeride and touring routes leave nothing to be desired.

Restaurant / Hotel

With the Madrisa-Alp, the Madrisa offers a family-friendly gastronomy for an uncomplicated get-together with the whole family. The Madrisa-Hof stands for enjoyment and cosiness. Here you can let yourself be pampered and enjoy the peace and quiet. The beautiful Madrisa-Zügenhüttli leaves nothing to be desired with its wonderful sun terrace and magnificent panoramic view. With the Madrisa-Mia in the valley, pizza lovers will get their money's worth in a beautiful ambience. The Madrisa also offers different event locations for every occasion. You can stay overnight on the Madrisa in a romantic star suite, several tree huts, a rustic Maiensäss, a tepee tent or a Gadä.
