Three aircraft as replacements and two aircraft for growth. Short-haul fleet to grow to a total of 18 aircraft by 2028. Greater efficiency, longer range and more flexible deployment options.

Edelweiss Airbus A350s "Piz Bernina" and "Piz Palü" bear the names of two Engadine peaks. Two new Edelweiss benches on the Diavolezza invite visitors to linger and enjoy the unique view. Ceremonial inauguration by Edelweiss CEO Bernd Bauer and Markus Moser, Chairman of the Management Board of Corvatsch Diavolezza Lagalb.

One Airbus A320 and one Airbus A320neo will join the fleet in 2025/2026. Expansion to 16 short-haul aircraft by April 2026.

Second Edelweiss Airbus A350 officially named. Another long-haul aircraft bears the name of an Engadin Mountain. Aircraft naming is inspired by regions where Edelweiss flowers grow.

Maiden flight took place on Thursday, 3 July. Ceremonial ribbon cutting at the gate at Zurich Airport. Two flights per week until the beginning of October.
