Checking in via the Internet
Due to a change of the departure control system at Zurich Airport, our Web Check-in is currently unavailable for all departures out of Zurich. In the meantime, please check-in directly at the airport.
Check in wherever you are. You can print out your own boarding pass and go straight through the security checks to the gate. No need to queue at the check-in desk.
The time window for web or mobile check-in is limited. You can check in online between 23 hours and 1 hour before departure.
We regret we are unable to offer this service for all our destinations. So depending on your destination, you might have to check-in at the airport 90 minutes (short-haul) or 120 minutes (long-haul) before departure. You will find a list of destinations where you can use web check-in here.
Using web check-in
Please have the following information and travel documents ready for web check-in: passport or ID number, place of issue and expiry date, passenger's date of birth. Whether you need these details depends on your destination, since some countries require this additional passenger information.
Once you have checked in successfully, you will receive a valid boarding pass. It contains all the necessary information such as taking your bags to the "Baggage drop" desk, which you should use, and what gate you should go to for your flight.
