Edelweiss flies to Las Vegas again

After an interruption of 2½ years, Edelweiss is flying to Las Vegas again on March 28. Las Vegas will be served up to 3 times a week from Zurich this summer. Summer flight schedule offers 78 vacation destinations in 32 countries, including 6 new destinations.

After an interruption of 2½ years, Edelweiss is flying to Las Vegas again. After Tampa Bay (Florida), this is the second vacation destination in North America to be resumed by Edelweiss. On Monday morning, March 28, the plane took off from Zurich bound for the Mojave Desert in the US state of Nevada. An occasion that needed to be celebrated.

Patrick Heymann (Chief Commercial Officer, Edelweiss) and Florian Raff (Head Aviation Development & Statistics, Flughafen Zürich AG) cut the ribbon at the gate in the presence of the Edelweiss crew in keeping with tradition. "I am very pleased that Las Vegas is our second destination in the USA after Tampa Bay. We had to wait long enough for this moment. I am convinced that our guests, too, can hardly wait to fly to this vibrant city again," says Patrick Heymann.

With Vancouver from May 15, Calgary from June 12 and Denver from June 13, Edelweiss will once again be flying to three more vacation destinations in North America in the coming months.

2022 summer flight schedule launched

Edelweiss will offer 59 destinations to 19 countries on short- and medium-haul routes and 19 destinations to 13 countries on long-haul routes this summer. Among them are six vacation destinations on short and medium-haul routes, which Edelweiss is flying to for the first time this summer: Bilbao since March 27, Cork from April 15, Pisa from June 3, Bergen from June 4, Newquay (Cornwall) from July 3 and Ponta Delgada (Azores) from July 11.

The flights can be booked on flyedelweiss.com and through all the usual sales channels.
