Edelweiss is simplifying travel planning with two new services. From now on, you can buy a travel-approved PCR test for home use via the Edelweiss website. In addition, all Edelweiss guests have access to an extended range of information for each holiday destination with the most important Covid 19 regulations and local testing options.

In many countries, a negative PCR test is required for entry into the country. Edelweiss passengers now have the opportunity to take a PCR test at home quickly and easily with a self-collection kit.

The procedure is simple: On flyedelweiss.com you order a test kit, which is delivered to your home by post. Thanks to the written instructions or a video tutorial, the saliva sample can easily be taken at home. You then send the sample tube directly to the certified laboratory or deposit it in a drop-off at Zurich Airport. The laboratory result follows the next day by encrypted e-mail. This is internationally recognised, multilingual and contains all the information required for the planned journey.
